Demolition and replacement of all siding; retrofit of sprinkler systems; one day renovations of unit kitchens, baths, and flooring; renovations of common areas, corridors, and community space.

Project notes: Renovation and preservation of 200 apartments.
The rehabilitation added new energy saving elements, including energy-efficient windows, a photovoltaic system, and domestic solar hot water. New site features including a large BBQ and picnic area and a fenced soccer field with artificial turf.
It was a complete renovation of the 1,864 sq. ft. community center, and the addition of a computer lab and a full community kitchen for community-wide events.

Project Notes: 60 family apartment homes within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment and near the library and civic center. Substantial improvements including energy and water efficiency upgrades, apartment interior upgrades, and new resident amenities were all carried out. The new community building includes a meeting room, computer lab, learning center, fully equipped kitchen for resident gatherings.
