Project Superintendent
The Superintendent oversees all on-site construction activities—from project planning through completion—ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Acting as the primary field representative, the Superintendent coordinates subcontractors, interfaces with clients and design teams, and upholds the company’s high standards of workmanship and professionalism on every project.
The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong leadership with a collaborative spirit. They possess a deep understanding of multifamily construction, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving challenges in the field.
Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager plays an essential role in ensuring the seamless execution of Sun Country Builders’ multifamily affordable housing projects. This position supports project managers and superintendents in coordinating construction activities, managing documentation, and maintaining precision in all phases of project delivery, from startup through closeout. As a key link between office and field operations, the Assistant Project Manager ensures timely communication, accurate reporting, and consistent alignment with project goals and company standards.

They bring strong technical knowledge, digital proficiency, and a proactive mindset to every task. Senior Estimator
The Senior Estimator plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of Sun Country Builders’ projects by driving accurate, detailed, and competitive cost assessments. This position leads preconstruction and bidding efforts, ensuring precision in takeoffs, subcontractor analysis, and cost forecasting. As a trusted partner to project managers, architects, engineers, and clients, the Senior Estimator combines technical expertise with strategic insight to support the company’s mission of building high-quality, affordable housing.
The ideal candidate is a detail-driven professional with deep construction estimating knowledge, strong digital skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
