- Training and Education: Providing training to Sun Country Project Managers, Estimating, HR personnel, and other relevant staff about prevailing wage laws and compliance requirements.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of payroll, work classifications, and compliance efforts to support audits and inspections.
- Monitoring/Enforcing Sub Compliance: Reviewing subcontractor’s Certified payrolls via LCP Tracker, DIR, DOL, etc. and addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Responding to Inquiries: Acting as a liaison between the owner, labor compliance monitor, subcontractors, workers and regulatory agencies, addressing any questions or concerns related to prevailing wage compliance.
- Audit Preparation: Preparing for and managing audits or investigations by regulatory agencies or labor compliance monitor, ensuring all documentation is readily available and compliant.
