Self Perform
At Sun Country Builders, we believe in providing our partners with the best options available to successfully complete a project.
One of those options is working with our very own self-performing team. While some general contractors may have a self-performing team that specializes in one or two trades – such as concrete and framing – for more than 20 years our dedicated employees have been handling framing, dry wall, structural concrete/ foundations, CMU/ masonry, paint, window install, cabinet install, siding and appliance install.
SCB’s self-performing team benefits
Change Order Control:
Our self-performing team abides by our company’s core values, including putting our clients’ interests first. This approach helps us keep change orders to the very minimum and only when necessary.

Our in-house team understands the big commitment we have with project owners and therefore operates with our high standards. As one team, we are fully aligned with all processes and goals and work around challenges instead of wasting precious time or simply walking away. This helps keep projects on schedule if issues come up.
Best value:
Just like other subcontractors, our self-performing team bids on projects and competes by offering the best value to the clients. As employees of Sun Country Builders, our selfperforming team receives all the benefits that our company has to off er, including ongoing training and opportunities for growth.
SCB has your back:
When you decide to work with Sun Country Builders, you always know that our self-performing team is ready to step in should challenges come up, which helps keep projects on schedule. Our team, in the past has moved in to take over a subcontractor’s work who is not able to deliver.
Renovations:
Having a self-performing team that is trained in multiple trades is invaluable on your renovation projects. Renovation projects require a lot of attention to detail. With our self -perform team on the job we can ensure that the work is done to yours and our expectations and that timelines are met.
