We begin by asking you the Question – “What has to happen during the course of construction that if we met at project completion you would feel the project was a success”. With this information a project Mission Statement is drafted for review and concurrent. During the course of construction, periodic check-ins are performed to measure our performance against the project’s Mission Statement.

This pre-construction process also includes gathering information so we have a clear understanding of the project and client goals and requirements, potential obstacles, timeline, and budget. We will help define the project, develop a timetable, evaluate the site, and develop a responsible cost estimate to guide us through construction.

Next, we will assign a team of construction experts to assist in bringing your project to fruition. We establish a mindset and commitment centered around a mutual objective—successful project delivery. The project team’s success is measured by shared goals commonly related to the project’s scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety. The Partnership Plan leads to extraordinary success for the client and provides best practices and long-term process improvements for future projects.

Putting in this time at the outset of the process results in a predictable and successful building process for your project. With 45 years of experience, we are adept in accurately predicting the outcome of a project early on. We will preemptively identify trouble spots, plan corrective actions to the keep the project on course.
