Deanna Parry, Self-Perform Operations Manager, Sun Country Builders. DeAnna Parry operates a “company within a company” at Sun Country Builders, the premier general contractor of multi-family affordable housing in California. A 23-year employee, DeAnna served as the first female Project Manager in SCB’s history. In 2023, DeAnna transitioned to operations for the self perform team, an in-house subcontractor comprised of 100 trade professionals.
