Renovation and preservation of 200 apartments.

The rehabilitation addressed severe dry rot issues requiring extensive re-framing and

added new energy saving elements, including energy-efficient windows, a photovoltaic system, and domestic solar hot water. New site features including a large BBQ and picnic area and a fenced soccer field with artificial turf.

It was a complete renovation of the 1,864 sq. ft. community center, and the addition of a computer lab and a full community kitchen for community-wide events. An elevator was added to serve the second floor of the community building.
