Rehabilitation and renovation of a senior housing project with a vulnerable resident population.

Demolition and replacement of all siding; retrofit of sprinkler systems; one day renovations of unit kitchens, baths, and flooring; renovations of common areas, corridors, and community space.

This project added a large generator to power the entire building in the event of an outage.
