Villa Hermosa Phase II

Villa Hermosa Phase II is part of the ongoing redevelopment of the Fred Young farmworkers’ housing complex. This phase of the new generation of homes includes 67 apartment homes, a new community center, a swimming pool, a variety of childrens’ services, and a LEED Platinum sustainability rating.
